He paid special tribute to the Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Grace Aniefiok Stephen, saying it was a delight working with her, as she was a blessing to the Ministry.

Engr. Inyang urged staff to thank God for the Governor and his achievements, while asking them to thank God specially for the regular payment of salaries, reminding them that some other states are owing their workers.

Engr. Inyang also thanked God for the gift of life and the grace to live up to this moment, asking all to join him in giving God thanks.Quoting Psalm 103vs1-5, he noted that there is a blessing that comes with praise. Mrs. Stephen admonished staff to continue to put in their best in the service as God, who rewards, was watching.

Preaching earlier on the theme, “And my life is preserved”, Sister Helen Edward who drew her message from Genesis Chapter 32 verse 29-30, said the believer’s life is preserved by God, inspite of whatever circumstances surround him.
