Position – Executive Assistant
– Full time. Subject to a 3-month probationary period.
– First degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
– The Executive Assistant will work directly with a high-profile public figure. He will be required to provide confidential and top-grade
administrative support to a high-profile figure currently occupying a top political office. He will work with an already existing team to ensure that the day-to-day management of the office and engagements of the official
is seamless and effective.
Who will fit into this role:
A driven and focused person who has a keen eye for detail. The person must possess excellent written and verbal communication and people skills, and be ready to work with minimal supervision. He must be well grounded in issues relating to the polity, leadership and governance at both the State and Federal levels. He must be quick on his feet, smart and organizationally versatile, with the ability to multi-task without compromising on productivity. He must have a firm grasp of Microsoft Office tools and generally be IT savvy.
