No amount of blackmail, intimidation will force me to throw money around – Gov. Eno

Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno has said that no amount of blackmail and intimidation will make him to throw money around.

The governor stated this last weekend during the congress conducted by Peoples Democratic Party to usher in a new state executive council for the party in Akwa Ibom.

He said instead of throwing money around for youths to fight and kill themselves, he will provide money to support youths who run businesses.

“The days where youths just believe that we will bring money and throw in the skies for them to fight and kill themselves is gone for good. No matter how we are pressured, we will support young people that are prepared to make a living and earn a living. We will provide for Small Medium Enterprises. We will support all of you in groups and in clusters. That is what government is meant for.
